Unlike no other product in the Afro-Caribbean sector, Naija Cooking Sauces and marinades are a range of new, premium quality, cooking sauces - Alafia Tomato cooking sauce, Potent Peanut cooking sauce, both are fantastically delicious and can be eaten with any carbohydrate disk - rice, pasta, potatoes, yams, chips, bread and vegetables. Infact Alafia Tomato cooking sauce is a good pizza topping. The sauces are suitable for vegetarians, but can readily be used by meat eaters. Domestic retail packs are 300g glass jars (ccoking sauces) - tray packs - 1x 6. The catering pack sizes are 1kg saphire palstic tubs (- packed as 1x 4 tubs per tray), but will soon be available in pouches. We do not use any sugar, colouring or cream in our sauces. The marinades - Balangwu Suya Paste (ideal for making Suya kebabs, babecues) and Spicy Odeiga Paste - beautiful with pork or any white meat - chicken, turkey. They are packed in 175g - 190g jars, with tray sixes as stated above.
