AGED RUM
La Palma (Canary Island in Spain), where our distillery is located, was an obliged stop for the first shipments of sugar cane towards the Caribbean countries. As a general rule for the production of aguardiente the residual sugar Molasses was used and is still being used. Consequently regular producers take full advantage of the raw material. HOLDINGDRINKS making masters who based their work on the direct distillation of sugar cane in copper stills, continuous distillation and wood-burning oven are the key to keep the quality of our rum intact.
HOLDINGDRINKS stands out from others because we market our distilled in the XXIst century by keeping the same traditional techniques as 500 years ago.
