Whole ripe strawberries are graded, de-hulled, hand selected and osmotically dehydrated in sugar solution and dried in state-of-the-art industrial ovens to desired moisture level.
Dried strawberries are individually hand selected. Lastly they are packed into 10 kg carton boxes and metal detected.
To be consumed directly or as an ingredient in snacks/mixture of various other ingredients.
Suitable for all groups except diabetic consumers.
