Movable Solar Drying System                    

This movable solar drying system is suitable for countryside and home-use.It is used to dry rice ,corn,tobacco leaf,grape,almonds,matrimony vine,medicinal herb,fish ,and Meat etc.The average drying amount is 10KG--100KG per day.Our solar drying system is easy to operate ,high working efficiency .And no need extra electronic power,no dust .Now it s widely used in countryside and instead of traditional drying source of coal stove .

According to our test experience ,in the sunshine days ,if average temperature is above 15 degree,it takes around 2days to dry the tobacco leaf from 40% water content to 8%; it takes around 3days to dry the fish from 75% water content to 10%.Generally speaking ,it takes around 1day to dry the leaf ,matrimony vine and so on.

Management and preventive maintenance for the solar air collector system

    often clean the dust ,keep the glass cover clean and clear     protect the glass cover in good condition.Especially for the hail region.

absorber plate is very important part for the solar air collector. Suggest to clean the plate every 2 or 3months to keep the collector working well.
