Tasting notes: brilliant cherry red coloured, red fruits’ aromas with good intensity. In the mouth it is fresh due to its balanced acidity and persistent due to  its vivid but round tannins.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION :
Varieties: 65% Tempranillo – 35% Grenache
Vineyards: 30 years old. Lime soil, ungrafted vines cultivation without use of manure. Altitude 850 m above sea level and 400l/m2 pluviometry.
Alcoholic fermentation: It is carried out under  temperature control, it  lasts two weeks, plus a few days of  maceration.
Malolactic fermentation: performed in stainless steel tanks.
Analysis: Alcoholic strength - 14 % Vol.
                Total acidity - 5,5
                PH - 3,62
                Residual sugar  - 1,9
Stabilization: Cold treatmentand filtration.
