Our company is one of the greatest manufacturers of alcoholic Sour Cherry in Hungary, with magnificent export to North and West Europe. This article - which is one of our main activities - the filling of brandied cherries. First we pick the sour cherries, then select them and remove their stems and sort them according to their sizes. After that we fill drums with the fruit and pour alcohol onto it. The mix produced this way has to be ageing then we core the crusty cherries.
The finished product, which is cored cherries or cherries with 24% as well as 28% alcohol content sour cherries, are delivered in drums of 120 litres or cans of 5 kilos.
