Alkalised Cocoa Powder
This is Dutch processed cocoa powder. Acidity level has been reduced to give an attractive flavour. Alkalized cocoa powder has been treated with an alkali to neutralize its natural acidity. We take care to keep the alkali - acid level neutral so that does not react with baking soda or Baking Powder It can be used in recipes that calls for baking powder, unless there are other acidic ingredients in sufficient quantities used. It has a reddish-brown colour, mild flavour, and is easy to dissolve in liquids.
The material is available in 25 Kg HDPE woven packed in paper cartons.
