Crocants are elaborated of almonds and hazelnuts in different compositions, always crunchy . Its mixed with sugar and it is used in many food industries including topping ice creams, pastry, in bakery and for cookies. Also like filler in chocolate industry. The Crocants are vacuum packed with a bag composed by a plastic complex, with aluminium, defined as a high barrier to prevent the penetration of oxygen and light.
Packed in 10kg vacuum bag. 80 units per pallet.
