Merak offers it in two types: Fiordilatte di Mandorla, ready-to-drink, and Almond milk syrup to be diluted with water or milk. Both products are the only ones on the market without artificial flavourings.
Almond milk Syrup is a milky syrup made from ground almonds. Unlike animal milk, almond milk contains no lactose and can be used as a substitute for animal milk in many recipes.
The ingredients are: sugar, water, peeled almond 10%.
Available in 50 cl and 100 cl glass bottle.
Shelf life: 36 months from production.
It can be drunk as it is, simply adding water and ice. You can also use it as ingredinet in various cocktails and long drinks.
