1. Payment terms: 100% by t/t payment or L/C 100% irrevocable, transferable, L/C at sight, confirmed.
2. Inspection: By S. G. S. Or equivalent inspection agency
3. Packing: In vacuum packed and sealed flexi pack packing in tins & 5 layer pouches of 25 lbs & 10 kgs. In master carton of 50 lbs & 20 kgs. (01X20’ container consists of 700 cartons approximately 35000 lbs (15876 kgs)
4. Packing:  In 25 lbs nylon pouches. Two such pouches are packed in one carton. Finally 700 cartons are stuffed in one 20 ft fcl i.e. 2*25*700=35000lbs.
5. Payment: By 100 pct sight L/C or 100 pct TT Remittance in advance.
6. Samples: Can be provided at cost.
7. Minimum order: 350 cartons of all grades put together.
8. Prices and availability subject reconfirmation.
9. Quality & Quantity:  Both these parameters will be tested prior to shipment by Independent auditors (Quality Assurance / Synergy Systems)
10. Percentage of broken: 01 %
