Raw Material

ANZpure Abalone Powder is made from fresh off-cuts of Greenlip and Blacklip abalone grown in Southern Australian aquaculture farms.  The abalone meats are snap frozen, pureed and dried using an innovative low temperature drying method. The powder is milled to give a uniform particle size and packaged under a nitrogen atmosphere to maintain Flavour and freshness.
