It is coldly pressed from "Koroneiki" olives which come exclusively from the area of Messinia which boasts the highest quality olives for making olive oil. "Koroneiki" olives possess thousands of hours of sunlight and are also naturally irrigated which results in a taste that only Koroneiki olives can offer. Our extra virgin olive oil contains 100% natural olive juice (without any mixtures of other olive oil varieties in trying to improve its taste) and is produced and bottled in the place of its origin, Trikorfo, Kalamata Messinias, according to the strictest scientific controls and EN ISO 9001 and 22000 (HACCP) standards. The acidity level of "Apia" Extra Virgin Olive Oil is guaranteed to be under 0.8%, giving it a fruity, sweet and light flavour and discreet perfume of fresh olive, making it ideal for your health and well-being.
