Bright , light gold coloured with amber reflex , pleasantly acid taste , the Aroma Antico white wine vinegar born from a long and wise art , passed from father to son since 1867. it matures for a long time in wooden casks ( oak and larch) , to develop the precious aroma granted from the Ponti family brand.
