About Rakomelo :
Rakomelo is an alcoholic beverage made from honey by the process of fermentation of sugars of honey. Prepared by combining grape spirit with honey and spices, such as cinnamon, cloves, CARDAMOM and other local herbs. Made in Crete and other Aegean islands and the Greek mainland, and is consumed mainly during the winter months as a hot beverage.Also can drink as dessert after dinner.
