INGREDIENTS FOR 2/3 PERSONS:
1 dw. fresh strong coffee - 2 dw. milk - 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder - 1 pinch of cinnamon - 1 clove - 1 pinch of nutmeg - 1 pinch of vanilla - 1 piece of orange rind
PREPARATION:
1. Boil the milk with the cinnamon, the clove, the nutmeg, the vanilla and the orange rind; cook on a very low flame for about 10 minutes.
2. Whisk the cocoa and the sugar together with the milk and the hot coffee and serve right away.
LITTLE SECRETS:
Add a bit of honey and serve the aromatic cappuccino with a plum-cake.
