With this line we wanted to reproduce regional specialties from the north & south of Italy and flavoured special shapes made by pasta craftsmen with bronze dyes like in the old times. Here we have used the best raw materials in order to get that ?authentic? flavour: shapes like Strozzapreti and Imparrettati come from the old local southern traditions; Porcini Mushrooms Fettuccine or Chilli Pepper Pennette add the ?extra? touch to well-known pasta shapes; Tri-colour Orecchiette or Wagon Wheels (made with semolina, spinach and tomato) are a fancy treat for a special occasion. Artisan pasta comes in very attractive standing bags with a cardboard sleeve containing 1 recipe in English for each shape!
