We fully understand that good quality is the core of an enterprise, only with good quality products, could an enterprise survive in nowadays intense competition. Everything is negotiable but not quality. Through different tools and standard quality inspection procedure during the production (IPQC) and after the production (FQC), we ensure that only good quality products would be delivered to our clients.

Before starting the polishing process, our inspectors would pick some basic tiles randomly, measure the thickness and surface flatness by digital caliper and plug gage to ensure that the thickness and flatness of the basic tiles are in specs.

There are rough polishing, medium polishing and fine polishing during the polishing process. Between every time polishing, inspectors will carefully check the tiles, make sure that there is no any lack of polishing, corner damage, scratch or crack, impurities stains or pinholes on the tiles under bright condition.

After the polishing process, length, width, thickness, straightness and diagonal line would all be measured to guarantee that all the dimensions are in specs. Also, the brightness would be detected to make sure that it is between 45D and 55D before Nano Polishing.

Before the Nano Polishing, all the finished tiles would be inspected by the full-automatic laser inspection detector, detecting the curvature of the edges and the centre, also the warpage to make sure that the flatness of the tiles are in specs. If any out of the tolerance, the detector would immediately give alarm and automatically make mark on the side face off the defective tile.

After Nano Polishing, the brightness would be inspected again by photometer. Only tiles of exceed 90D brightness could enter into the next step. Then the workers would divide the tiles into different tonalities and make a record.
For every batch production, after the tonalities division, inspectors would draw some tiles from the same tonality to double check the chromatic aberration, lying down some tiles together and observing the chromatic aberration within 1m distance, make sure there's no tonality difference.

Also, the anti-stain capability of the tiles would be sampling inspected, inspectors use oily pen to draw on the tiles, wait for at least 5 minutes, after that, the inspectors should be able to rub the stain off very easily.
