atlantic salmon trimmings (salmo salar) packed in 12.5kg cartons with blue polyliner and 2 band straps. Trimmings are blast frozen in cartons within 12 hours of processing. Trimmings conatin all off cuts from filleting line including some some bellies with tails excluded.
