Genuine Italian Pasta (semola di grano duro)
The Sasa range of pasta comprises a variety of sizes and shapes. Produced in Italy, we use local natural spring water and durum wheat (semola di grano duro). It is manufactured using authentic bronze dyes which leaves a rough surface on the pasta which helps the sauce to cling better.
We even have a gluten enriched range of pasta which is ideally suited to the restaurant / catering trade as it improves usability (it never sticks) which results in no wastage.
Not only can we supply in pack sizes suitable for the retail trade but also larger pack sizes suitable for catering and food manufacturing industries.
