Our beer filling Machine is integrated of rinsing bottles, filling beer, capping bottled beer. And the whole process is automatically.
Feature:
1. Adopt advanced technology in rinsing nozzle, to ensure every corner in the bottle will be cleaned with aseptic water;
2. All the bottles will be send into machine automatically , PET bottle will be with air convey, glass bottle will be with convey chain, and then the bottle will be send to the rinsing, filling section with bottle neck holding grip, during the whole process the machine will not contact the beverage, to avoid the second time pollution;
3. Spiraling decline when output bottle, transform bottle shape no need to adjust the height of Conveyor chains;
4. The whole machine is controlled by PLC program, and the electrical element and pneumatic system are international famous brand, which will ensure the machine using life and convenient for maintance;
