Applications: 
The machine is designed and manufactured specially for packing powdery and soft pouch in medical, food and chemical industries etc. Such as pepper, coffee, medical powder, pollen, milk powder, tea powder, flour, bean flour etc. 

 

Functions:  

1.  All the cover of the packaging machine is 304 Stainless Steel including every screw on the body of the machine. Other company use 201 steel which will rust after several months.

2.Conforms to the GMP Standard and make the powder packed by this machine more sanitary.  

   

3. We use straight auger extending into the bag bottom to avoid raising dust of powder.

This can avoid sealing infimly lead to powder leakage and sealing margin stained by dropping powder.

 

 

4 .Equipped with antipollution and dustproof device to avoid dust into the machine.

 

5.The operation facility is controlled by American INTEL computer,  all function is displayed with digital screen.We will send you operation vedio and manual.It is easy to learn.

 

6.Minimum sealing temperature variation employs PID temperature, the tolerance is controlled by ±2°C. This desigh make the sealing fixed,not like other factory.

 

Optional functions: 
Ink printer and conveyor are as options.
