The requirements for increased productivity and a reduction of the manual handling of frozen blocks are getting increasingly stringent in modern food industry. Providing an ergonomic working environment is a top priority today, and focus is on eliminating the heavy working operations involved in unloading vertical plate freezers.
In our endeavours to constantly develop and improve our products, we have been working to simplify the operation of the DSI plate freezers and, for a long time, we have been struggling to find a solution for automatic unloading of our DSI standard vertical plate freezers.
In order to ensure stable and safe operation of an unloading system we have manufactured different systems in collaboration with subsuppliers who are experts in such solutions so that today, we are the only manufacturer able to offer 4 different automatic systems for unloading of vertical plate freezers.
