1.This is fully automatic production line to produce potato chips from fresh potatoes. 

2.All the machines in the production line are made of stainless steel 304.

3.The length of the entire production line is 40 meters

4.Water consumption: 0.3 ton per hour. Electricity consumption: 210kw per hour.

5.Labor needed: one person only.

6.Electricity power requirement is 380V/50Hz/three-phase.

7.The  blanching  time and  frying  time are adjustable according to your potato chips condition.

8.This production line can also be used to produce sweet potatoes, bananas, taro, yam, etc

9.The cutting machine  can cut the potato sticks of thickness 2-10mm, it is adjustable.
