we have successfully researched and innovated this latest machine named fully automatic Plastic Cover Capping Machinery, this type machine mainly applies to the full auto capping works of eight treasure porridge,milk and peanuts beverage, powdered milk cans, herb jam, Guiling paste, canned ketchup,soup,condensed milk etc of plastic cover. which can truly complete all m otions by High Speed fully automatic from Sorting cover, Matching cover to Capping cover stage.

Standard Configurations:
1. Pneumatic device Using compressed air to be pushed the cover into the cover conveyor rapidly.
2. C overs sorting and cans distribution device Unique covers sorting function, can sort the whole box or bag of disordered covers automatically at a high speed. Th e cans distribution device split high-speed transporting and connecting cans automatically , to make every can one-to-one locat e opposite to covers when entering the capping device.
3. Falling prevention device To prevent cans from falling or leaning on the capping stage.
4. Cover capping device The cans is transmit t ed at a uniform high speed with cover and to be capped onto accurate position with the cover automatically on the conveyor line.
5. PLC programmable System All motions controlled through PLC system automatically.
6. Photoelectric system All motions are detected by Photoelectric system and if there is missing cover, chucking cover and blocking cover etc, the machinery would be stopping ala r m automatically.
7. Touch Display screen operation panel Easily operate, single row or multi-rows button, one operator enough.
