The automatic plate baking machine, Type ZJ-LAP 20-370 is suitable for baking wafers of 270 x 370 mm. The equipment is heated by gas (natural gas and propane-butane gas), the baking plates being connected in chain will be driven by electric motor. The machine has 20 cast-iron baking plates. The specific line burners fully cover the baking plates, therefore the heat distribution is optimal. The isolation placed within the framework-construction results energy saving operation.
