Avocado oil is rich and flavoursome and can be used in all your vinaigrette and salad dressings, or drizzled directly onto your food. Boasting a natural deep colour and rich with vitamins, this oil has many uses in both culinary & cosmetic areas.
We do not recommend, however that you heat this oil as some bitter flavours may develop.
