Japnanese Style Curry Rice (For 50 dishes)

| Carrot | about 800g |
| potato | about 1.5kg |
| salad oil or Butter | 150g |
| water | 6 liters |
How to cook
1. Heat salad oil in thick pan, fry meat and vegetables cutted in appropriate size.
2. Add water or soup, remove the scum after boiling and boil until materials to be soft.
3. Stop heating once and add 1kg of instant curry powder dissolved with warm water of 0.75 liter.
