Application: Same usage as baking powder.
Instruction: Thoroughly sift the powder into the dry flour.
Dosage:1%-2% of the flour weight.
Ingredients: sodium bicarbonate carbonate(40%), disodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate (20%),calcium carbonate(15%), food starch, edible glucose, potassium tartrate（5%）。（aluminum content≤0.01%）
Storage: Under normal temperature, keep in cool and dry place, avoid sunlight and avoiding damp and agglomerate, please put it into wellclosed container after opening.
