The fresh bananas will be sliced into thin pieces and fried in Coconut oil with required amount of Salt. Once the bananas get fried will be kept to get cool for some time and then packed into poly packs. The packages will be 1000 gms each and then the packs will be packed into Carton Boxes. The FOB value for 1 ton of Banana Chips will be 2180 USD. The product will stay for 90 days from the date of manufacturing. The shipment will be till Cochin Harbor.
