We offer in both conventional and certified organic. Ascorbic acid may be added as required by customer.
It should be kept at a temperature of maximum 20` C(68` F)to assure the physical - chemical and sensory stability of the Banana Puree.

We offer acidification with citric and ascorbic acids, as well as with lemon juice, upon client's request.
