Mostly known for malt making, this is a winter crop cultivated in northern India. With decreasing water tables of ground water, more and more farmers are partially converting their wheat crop areas under Barley. In India, Morarka Organic sells small quantities of barley as grain and porridge, and is also blended in many other Bread Flours. In future we can substantially expand the production and can offer very large quantities during season, i.e., in April-May.
