Wine making process.- Single-variety wine produced exclusively with the best grapes. It has been made using traditional methods and the utmost care has been taken when its vinification, preservation and bottling. It has been bottled under the strictest hygienic conditions to maintain its qualities of colour, aroma and flavour. The wine is subjected to a cold treatment to avoid precipitations in the bottle and is then filtered before bottling.

Tasting notes.- Dark cherry-red color. The nose has elegant, intense fruit aromas. In the mouth it is well structured, full-bodied and tasty, with a good finish.

Gastronomy.- This harmoniours wine combines with all types of food, especially meat, Rice dishes and pates.

Serving recommendations.- Should be served in glasses which allow its excellent qualities to be appreciated, and at a temperature of approximately +14ºC / +16ºC.

Possibilities.- Red, Rose or White, with 11.5%, 12.0% and 13.0% volume of alcohol, in Burgundy or Bordeaux bottle with Dry, Medium Dry, Medium Sweet, Sweet and Extra Sweet tasting.
