Suggested methods of cooking:
Method 1 - Place 250g (8oz) into 1.2 ltr (2.25 pints) of boiling water, stir and return the water to a rolling simmer. Cook uncovered for 7-10 minutes until tender, drain and sieve with boiling water then serve.
Method 2 - Place 250g (8oz) into 450ml (0.75 pint) water, bring to boil, stir once and return to a gentle simmer. Cover with a tight fitting lid. Cook without removing the lid for 10-12 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and allow to stand for 5-6 minutes before serving.
After cooking you may like to add a little butter or oil if preferred.
