BAULI started their adventure at the beginning of this century, from one small work shop and one big dream; when Ruggero Bauli started out with the traditional recipe of Pandoro di Verona. Pandoro, the traditional Christmas cake of Verona, probably got its name from its characteristic golden color, due to the eggs in its recipe. Its very name tells us that this refined, naturally leavened cake is the fruit of an ancient Confectionery art.
