PROCEDURE:
1. Seller to send SCO (Soft Corporate Offer) to the buyer
2. Buyer upon interest in the offer to issue ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) and BCL (Bank Comfort Letter) to the seller.
3. Buyer/Seller to issue Draft Contract.
4. The Buyer/seller to review and state necessary changes required in the draft contract sent by the seller.
5. The Seller to issue the final contract incorporating the consensus of both the parties, and to send copy of the same to the other party.
6. Both the parties to meet at a suitable location to sign the final contract, and to conserve hard copies for future reference.
7. Both parties to lodge contract in respective banks.
8. initial shipment to start and to be continued until the total quantity is shipped and delivered.
9. The material to be sold in accordance with INCOTERMS 2010 FOB (Free on Board)
