This sausage is natural smoked and lightly spicy. The sausages can be prepared by heating up in hot water (about 80 Centigrade) for 7 minutes or pan-fried or grilled which gives them a more salty and spicy taste. All our sausages are fully cooked and ready to eat.They are 7inches (18 cm) length and weigh about 135 grams.
