Steeping tank / steeping groove  is a kind of steeping equipment with water for after-classify barley which will clean barley,  removal of impurities such as sand, dust, floating barley, meanwhile prtovides the water and oxygen for barley germination,  and adding LIME milk in it, it will remove the harmful materials from the silverskin, after steeping, the water in barley will be increased from 14% to 45%,

and then the barley will start to germination.
