1. it has 2-vessel brewhouse system (mashtun&brew kettle, lautering&whirlpool tank) and 3-vessel brewhouse system(mash&lautering tun, brew kettle&whirlpool tank, hot water tank) and seperate 4-vessel brewhouse system , you can chose which one you prefer.
2. Frenquency convertor is installed in the mixer and mashing pump so as to make mashing process efficiency and get enough sugar.
3. Reserve Button and Simens touch panel combined to control the fermentation process.
