2. If accepted the order requires the CUSTOMER:
· ICPO + BCL
· Bank certificate ESCROW ACCOUNT. SCROW PAYMENT or CREDIT CARD
3. Receiving and shipping documentation to the supplier.
4. Checking solvency, if positive, is sent POP from the bank SUPPLIER the customer's bank.
5. PROFORMA INVOICE he sent draft contract and DRAFT CONTRACT CLIENT.
6. Once the draft is approved, it is sent DRAFT FINAL CONTRACT for signature and
return to supplier.
7. From receipt of DRAFT CONTRACT by the supplier, and signed by the client, proceed to the CONFIRMATION ON FIRM ORDER and counting the deadlines.

· Minimum order 50 containers monthly contract 1 year.
· Delivery times are approximate and subject to availability of the manufacturer and logistics handling in each case.
