An American wheat beer, modelled from a famous Kansas City brewery. Slightly more hoppy tha traditional german wheat beer. Use White Labs American Hefeweizen yeast for a hint of clove. You can serve with a slice of lemon to accentuate a citrus finish, or add fruit flavoring at bottling for an optional Raspberry, Cherry, etc...wheat beer. This recipe kit includes all ingredients needed to make five gallons of beer.

• Crushed Grain (if required)
