BelloSole’s extra-virgin olive oil from organic farming is obtained from a selection of the best olives from exclusively Umbrian organic cultivations. In particular, our olives arrive from the territories between Assisi and Spoleto and are certified by the ICEA ( Istituto Certificazione Etica e Ambientale – Ethical and Environmental Certification Institute). Olives of the Moraiolo variety, are gathered early and by hand, and sent for cold extraction. The oil obtained this way is emerald green with golden reflections and an intense perfume of fresh olives that recalls fresh-cut grass. It has a decisive aroma, with a strong piquant aftertaste, typical of the Moraiolo cultivar. For those who love good food, the quality and the unique flavor of organic products.
