berryo® is a delicious all-in-one powder base for making yogurt flavored soft serve / frozen yoghurt in soft serve machines. Can be sold as '0% fat' and 'cultured' or 'contains live active yogurt cultures'. Mixes with water only. Lemon juice is added for extra natural tant/tang after 10 minutes, then frozen down. Berryo® can also be mixed with Green tea powder for making Green Tea Frozen Yoghurt Soft Serve. Same for Chocolate (cocoa added) and coffee flavours.

Packaging: Typically 7 x 1.74kg bags = 8.12 kg per carton.

Yield: Each carton makes 40.2 kg or 536 serves of 75 gram.

Shelf Life: 18 months from date of manufacture.

Storage conditions: Below 25 degrees Celsius away from direct light in powder form and below 5 degrees Celsius once reconstituted with water.
