micronized crystals of Lycopene dispersed in oil. 
DI-a-Tocopherol is added as antioxidant. It is liquid
at 0??C. 
 
Applications 
Used for drinks, cereals, soups, snacks, nutritional bars
and in pharmaceutical preparations such as liquid oral
dosage forms and soft gelatin capsules. Also used for
food and beverage fortifications.

Packaging and Storage Information  
Lycopene 10% LF is sensitive to air, heat and light.
The 2 product may be stored for 18 months from the date of
manufacture in the unopened original container and at a
temperature below 15??C. The "best used" date is printed on
the label Keep container tightly closed. Heat the closed
container in a water bath at 40??C under gentle shaking or I
stirring before use. Use contents quickly when opened. It is
available in 2x5 kg Aluminum can in box and 20 kg Aluminum
can in box.
