The black autumn truffle is normally found from the end of September till end of November. It can be served either cooked or raw and has very light and pleasant aroma of Hazelnuts and vanilla. Carefully cleaned and individually examined to ensure that the Truffles we have to offer are at their best for our customers. Best served 5g-10g per person.
