4. Brewing the Tea, pls. check the steps:

A. Weight the dry tea leaves; 5-7g for light steep, 7-9g for strong steep, and the better is 7g;

B. Put the weighted tea into the brewing cup;

C. Wash the tea: usually the first steep is to wash the tea;

D. Release the tea soup;

E. Enjoy the tea time.
