black olives are hand picked,they are large, round, have a fruity flavor, and depending on the time of harvesting, may be brown-gray to violet-black in color.  We have 2 style of Turkish Black Olives.A nd also we produce pitted and sliced olives.They are prepared in brine and packed in water and salt.  No preservatives.  Refrigerate after opening
