Main Description:
Consist of elevator, roaster, conveyor, cooling belt, Z-elevator, peeling machine, selection belt, picking machine, ect, the blanched peanut/almond Production Line is special designed for making milky white roasted peanut/almond. This line is designed by combining international advanced technology and domestic specific circumstance. With dry way peeling craft, the whole kernel rate is very high. The wholly line is made of stainless steel, fit for food standard. From raw material feeding to final product is automatic, insures the high quality.
Main Principle:
The roasting machine uses gas or electricity as fuel, uses the new type heat pipe as heat conducting medium. Taking advantage of the cycling of hot air in the pipe, the roster can roast the nuts uniformly. The roasted nuts will be send to the cooling belt with fans to cool down to common temperature. Then the peeling machine will peel the skin of nuts with the friction of rubber rollers. Thus, we can get blanched white peanut with no damage.
