Foie gras should be served chilled. Remove both ends of tin then push out from bottom. Slice with a warm knife. Enjoy it on toasted Bread with a glass of French sweet white wine like Sauternes, Chamagne or on a baguette with a glass of red Bordeaux will enchance the delicacy of the Foie Gras.
