Our Blue Stilton is hand made by Colston Bassett, one of the last independent Stilton makers, unrivalled in the world. This Cheese has deep and complex flavours, giving a smooth, Creamy yet very distinctive taste. Stilton is best kept in the refrigerator, tightly wrapped in film to stop the cheese drying out. However it is best to remove the cheese from the refrigerator a couple of hours before eating allowing the cheese to warm to room temperature. This cheese comes as a 250g cut, a 4kg Half or an 8kg Full wheel (ideal for cheese wedding cakes).
