La Marchesa's main product is mozzarella di Bufala Campana dop in various shapes and sizes: balls from 25-500g and plaits from 125-500g. Requests can also be made for special formats up to 3kg in weight. The products can be packaged in paper wrapping, heat-sealed and tie-top bags, tubs and pots, in a total of more than 40 different formats.
The organization also produces fresh, homogenized and pasteurized ricotta, and butter, all of which are exclusively made from buffalo's milk.
Distribution is carried out partly through the organization and partly through third parties, all equipped with cold storage, in order to guarantee that products always arrive fresh and in perfect condition. The synergy between new technology and the experience of our artisans makes our buffalo mozzarella unique in its field – for flavour, purity and taste!
